1. Agreement to Terms

By using Aviya (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of any updated Terms.

2. Services

• The App provides tools for habit tracking, motivation, and maintaining a personal food and wellness journal.
• The App does not provide medical, or therapeutic advice.
• Any information entered or viewed in the App is for personal reflection and motivation purposes only.

3. User Accounts

• Access to the App may be provided through login credentials.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Do not share your account with others.

4. User Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for the information you choose to enter.
• Do not misuse the App or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App and its content belong to Aviya. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without prior written consent.

6. Account Deletion

Users can delete their account at any time through the App. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

The App is provided "as is." Aviya is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the App or from reliance on information entered or displayed in the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

תנאי שימוש – Aviya

1. הסכמה לתנאים

בשימושך באפליקציית Aviya ("האפליקציה") את/ה מסכים/ה לתנאי שימוש אלה. אם אינך מסכים/ה – אנא הימנע/י משימוש באפליקציה. שימוש מתמשך באפליקציה מהווה הסכמה מחודשת לכל עדכון תנאים.

2. השירותים באפליקציה

• האפליקציה נועדה לסייע בהטמעת הרגלים, שמירה על מוטיבציה וניהול יומן אכילה ואורח חיים.
• האפליקציה אינה מספקת ייעוץ רפואי או טיפולי מכל סוג שהוא.
• כל המידע הנמצא באפליקציה נועד למעקב אישי בלבד ולמטרות השראה ומוטיבציה.

3. חשבונות משתמש

• הגישה לאפליקציה נעשית באמצעות פרטי התחברות אישיים.
• המשתמש אחראי לשמירה על פרטי ההתחברות ועל כל פעילות המתבצעת בחשבונו.
• אין לשתף את החשבון עם אחרים.

4. אחריות המשתמש

• המשתמש אחראי באופן בלעדי לאופן השימוש באפליקציה ולמידע שהוא מזין בה.
• אין להשתמש באפליקציה לשימוש פסול או בלתי חוקי.

5. זכויות יוצרים וקניין רוחני

כל הזכויות באפליקציה ובתכניה שייכות ל-Aviya. אין להעתיק, להפיץ או לשנות את האפליקציה ללא אישור מראש ובכתב.

6. מחיקת חשבון

המשתמש רשאי למחוק את חשבונו בכל עת מתוך האפליקציה. המחיקה מיידית ובלתי הפיכה.

7. הגבלת אחריות

האפליקציה ניתנת "כפי שהיא". Aviya אינה אחראית לכל נזק ישיר או עקיף שייגרם כתוצאה משימוש באפליקציה או מהסתמכות על המידע בה.

8. שינויים בתנאים

Aviya רשאית לעדכן את תנאי השימוש מעת לעת. שימוש מתמשך באפליקציה מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.
